Store Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases from the Oasis Ponds online store, operated by Oasis Ponds LLC, Lakewood Ranch, Florida.

Prices and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. If an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error, we’ll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

Payment

We accept credit cards, debit cards and bank transfer (ACH) through Stripe. Credit cards have a 3% surcharge, shown before you pay. There’s no surcharge for debit cards or bank transfer. We never see or store your full card number.

Shipping, tax and returns

See our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy. Florida sales tax is added to Florida orders.

Products and installation

Product information comes from the manufacturers. Products bought online are for you to install unless you book installation with us separately. Electrical items should be installed by a qualified person and used with a GFCI outlet. Fire add-on kits are for outdoor use only; follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
