Shipping Policy
We ship to addresses in the lower 48 United States. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S. yet.
Shipping & handling rates
The Shipping & handling charge covers packing, handling and delivery. It is a set Oasis rate shown in your cart before you pay; it is not a pass-through of a carrier’s charge.
Standard (5–9 business days)
- Orders under $50: $8.99
- Orders under $100: $11.99
- Orders under $150: $14.99
- Orders of $150 or more: free
Standard orders may ship from our shop or directly from one of our suppliers by their economy ground service, so please allow the full 5–9 business days window (processing plus delivery). Tracking is emailed when it ships.
Expedited (2–3 business days)
$34.99 per order. Ships within 1 business day.
Overnight
$79.99 per order. Order by 12 PM ET, Mon–Fri; delivered the next business day after it ships.
Freight items
Large items marked “Ships by freight” (pond kits, basalt and urn fountain kits, large liners) ship on a pallet for a flat $125.00 per order, even on orders over $150. The carrier calls to schedule a curbside or driveway drop-off; allow 7–14 business days. Someone 18+ needs to be there to check and sign. Expedited and overnight aren’t available for freight items.
Sales tax
Florida orders are charged Florida sales tax (6% state plus the county surtax for the delivery address). We don’t collect sales tax on orders to other states at this time; you may owe use tax where you live.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your order when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours at onlinestore@theoasisponds.com or (941) 356-9297, with photos of any damage. For freight, note damage on the delivery receipt before you sign.
