Returns Policy

Unused items in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

How to return

1. Email onlinestore@theoasisponds.com with your order number and the item.
2. We send return instructions. Please don’t ship anything back before we reply.
3. Once the item arrives back in new condition, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What can’t be returned

• Opened water treatments, bacteria, food and chemicals
• Liners and underlayment cut to size
• Items that have been installed, used or filled with water
• Special-order items, unless they arrive damaged or defective

Fees

Shipping & handling charges aren’t refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged or defective. Freight returns, and returns of special-order items we agree to accept, may have a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty

Products carry their manufacturer’s warranty. Call us and we’ll help you file a claim.
