Sean Kaplan is the founder of Oasis Ponds LLC, Oasis Ponds & Waterscapes. After earning his MBA and working in banking, finance, and wealth management, he decided to follow his creative side. In 2020, during the uncertainty of Covid, he established the company and committed to aquascaping, and to the design of water in various landscapes.
His standard is professional from the first conversation. Sean meets the client on site, prepares the design, and works on the project himself with his tight-knit team. He oversees the build and adds the finishing details each client expects and deserves. Notably, Sarasota Magazine featured Sean in its June 2022 issue.
Aquascaping is the center of the work. Stone, planting, and the line of the water are composed so the feature belongs to the yard. Oasis designs and builds ponds, pondless waterfalls, fountainscapes, floating fountains, and lighting throughout Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, and Sarasota.
He lives in Florida with his wife and their young daughter, and he wishes to share a part of his passion with his clients.

New builds: $75 design consultation, credited if you move forward. Repairs: no consult fee unless a full renovation. Book before Nov 15 and your design consult is free.

Sean meets you on site to see the space, sun, access, power and drainage — and how you want to use the yard. New builds: design consultation is $75, credited toward the job if you move forward. Design
A written estimate and schedule. For bigger projects or HOA approvals, a 3D rendering so you see it on your property before anyone digs.

Build
Excavation, liner, plumbing, stone, plants and lighting — Sean and a small crew. Licensed trades join when needed.

Care
A walk-through of how it works, then cleanouts, repairs and maintenance plans if you would rather not be “the pond person.”
