This policy explains what information we collect through theoasisponds.com, the My Oasis portal, our online store and our texts and emails, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, project address and project details when you fill out a form, book a consult, create a My Oasis account, or buy from our store.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Website data: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and general location, collected through cookies or analytics tools.
How we use it
- To answer your request, prepare estimates, schedule visits and do the work.
- To run your My Oasis account, memberships and store orders.
- To send you updates about your project, and, if you agreed, offers from Oasis.
- To improve our website and services, and to meet legal and tax requirements.
Texts and calls
We text you only if you text us first or give us your number and agree to receive texts. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your phone number or text-consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Emails
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Project and account emails may still be sent while you are a client.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- service providers that help us run the business (for example web hosting, payment processing, email and scheduling tools), only as needed to do that work;
- others when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed for your project, warranty, account and our legal and tax records, then delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop marketing messages, by contacting us below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
